College Fix contributor Daniel Nuccio successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in biology in September 2025. Since he began working with The Fix in 2021, he has written more than 100 articles published across several major outlets including The College Fix, The Brownstone Journal, The Washington Examiner, The American Conservative, The Federalist, and HeterodoxSTEM. He also holds master's degrees in both psychology and biology and has published academic papers on the effects of social isolation on metabolic health and how depictions of alleged paranormal phenomena in the media influence paranormal belief.
