Idiot student creates panic over fake hit list

A hit list containing threats against minority students terrified the University of Wisconsin-Parkside last week. But now, it seems the list was a hoax. A student who had discovered a noose made of rubber bands was angered by an administrator’s insufficient response, so she created the list to make the noose seem more threatening.
