A man convicted of attempting to abduct a Virginia Tech student was sentenced on Thursday. Arlex Cardenas-Flores, age 34, will be deported after he serves a two year prison sentence.
Authorities discovered that he was in the country illegally.
WWBT News reports that Flores attacked a female student in June of last year and tried to force her into his pickup truck.
