Protest Over Kelly Is Focus of Inquiry, Brown University Says

Brown University will investigate a protest last month that forced the cancellation of a speech by the New York City police commissioner, Raymond W. Kelly, and decide whether anyone should be disciplined, the university said on Wednesday.
