‘Yo, what’s up stinky Zionist?’ asks antagonist who claims 94 percent of Congress is controlled by Israel
An incident recorded late last month shows a reportedly Muslim Texas A&M University student verbally berating a pair of peers at a Students Supporting Israel information table.
The organization Stop Antisemitism and news outlet Texas Scorecard identify the antagonist as engineering student Yousef Mahdy. The former told The College Fix the encounter occurred on March 25.
As seen below, Mahdy approaches the two SSI representatives and records himself yelling “Yoooo! Free Palestine, baby!”
He says “Guys, look who I’m with! Yo, it’s the genocide supporters right here, y’all!” He then asks the SSI reps one at a time “Yo, what’s up stinky Zionist?”
Mahdy follows up by proclaiming “Yo, we are sick of y’all fighting y’all’s stupid wars, bro … and our government funding y’all’s stupid government. We’ve been fighting y’all’s wars! Our people are dying because of y’all’s government … because of your disgusting Netanyahu government!”
Mahdy looks into the camera and asks “When will these guys learn to get the hell out of our country, bro? And stop helping murder our people?”
He again calls the SSI reps “stinky Zionists” and “dirty scums,” and then asks one ‘Yo, Zionist, by the way — are you America first or Israel first?” The rep responds “America first,” to which Mahdy replies “Oh, I don’t care, shut up, shut up Zionist.”

Mahdy goes on to refer to Israel as a “terrorist country” that “controls” the U.S. (“94 percent of our Congress”) via AIPAC, and complains about “war after war” that the U.S. allegedly fights on behalf of Israel.
The video concludes with Mahdy calling the SSI reps “dirty [and] “digusting guys.”
According to his Linkedin page, Mahdy is a “motivated and adaptable college student aspiring to become a valued Petroleum Engineer.”
KBTX reports Texas A&M said it is “actively investigating” the incident and “condemns antisemitism and all forms of hate.” It added “actions in which people seek to target or intimidate members of our community stand in direct conflict with our core values and our expectations of conduct.”

Chancellor Glenn Hegar said “Harassing others with hateful or demeaning language is unacceptable. There is no place at The Texas A&M University System for that kind of behavior.”
The Fix reached out to the two Students Supporting Israel representatives for comment, but neither responded before publication. The article will be updated upon receipt of further information.
UPDATE: The article was amended to note Mahdy recorded the video himself.
