A student who identifies as transgender is suing George Fox University because officials refuse to allow the student to live in single-sex dorms designated for male students.
The student, identified only as “Jayce” in a report by Campus Reform, was born biologically female but now identifies as a transgender male.
“Our residential facilities are single gender because of our theological commitments,” the university said in a statement.
