SFPA Member Josiah Cantrall posed as a teacher and engaged a licensed physician to write him a medical note at the teacher’s union protests in Madison, Wis., over Gov. Scott Walker’s budget repair bill. The doctor explains that his medical note is all the individual will need when he reports back to work, and helps Cantrall with the document.
